What is stock management?
Stock Management allows you to manage multiple storerooms and the stock-levels within each storeroom. The products that have been added to your ‘My Products’ list are the products that you can add to your storerooms.
Add storeroom
- Click on ‘Stock Management’ on the left side bar
- Click on the "Add storeroom’ button, to add your first or additional storerooms.
- A prompt will display asking you to add your storeroom's name. Once entered, click the ‘Add’ button.
- You will then view an empty screen where you will need to add stock.
- To add another storeroom, click on the storeroom dropdown and then click on the ‘Add storeroom’ button.

Add stock
- To add stock, you would have needed to add a supplier when setting up your organisation and farm.
- To add stock, click on the ‘Manage stock levels’ button at the top right-hand side of the screen. A dropdown will appear where you can either add stock or remove stock. Click on the ‘Add stock’ option.
- You will be taken to a view where you need to add the stock details and stock quantities.
- Once all the details and quantities have been added, click on the ‘Save’ button.
- Your newly added stock item will be displayed in the list.
Remove stock
- To remove stock, click on the ‘Manage stock levels’ button at the top right-hand side of the screen. A dropdown will appear where you can either add stock or remove stock. Click on the ‘Remove stock’ option. You will be taken to a view where you need to add the stock details and stock quantities that you want to remove.
- Once all the details and quantities have been added, click on the ‘Remove’ button.
- Your recently added stock item will be displayed in the list that is linked to the storeroom you specified.
- The balance of the recently removed stock will be updated in the list.
View stock history
- To view the stock history of a product, click on the product.
- You will then be taken to a view that displays the stock history according to the date of stock in or stock out.
