How to sign up and create an account?

Sign up, log in and change your password

Sign up

  • Open your preferred desktop browser.
  • Click on the “Sign Up” button on InField’s website or click here.
  • Fill in your first and last name.
  • Choose your country on the dropdown and fill in your mobile phone number (omit the ‘+’, starting with the country code, omit the first zero of the mobile number - e.g. 27711173545 for a +27 mobile number).
  • Fill in your email address.
  • Click on “Sign up” button to continue.

Subscription Setup

  • After signing up, you'll be directed to a subscription setup page. Here, enter your:
    • Email Address.
    • Payment Method (Card or other options).
    • Card Details: Card number, Expiration date, Security code.
    • Cardholder Name.
    • Billing Address.
    • Add Tax ID number if applicable.
  • Click Create Subscription to finalize your subscription process.

Successful Payment

  • Once your payment is successful, you will see a confirmation message stating “Thanks for your order!”.
  • Click Continue to proceed to the next step.

Log in

  • Upon successfully signing up you will receive an SMS confirming your account with temporary password included.
  • Click on “Next” to log into InField and you will be taken to the log in screen.
  • Fill in your Mobile Number (include the country code number, e.g. 27834577914).
  • Fill in your temporary password which you received via SMS.
  • Click on “Log in” to proceed.

Change password

  • InField will now request to change your password to your preferred choice (please consider the criteria the password must meet, displayed on-screen).
  • Upon entering and confirming your new password, click on “Set password”.
  • You will now be logged into InField successfully.

Accept Terms and Privacy

  • Finally, to use InField, you need to accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  • Check the box to accept the Terms.
  • Click Continue to complete the setup and start using InField.
